From the catalogue, you add the item to your cart and submit your request like a normal order. We then get back to you on WhatsApp to confirm availability, timing and terms. Nothing is asked of you until you have confirmed.

There is no online payment. You record your order on the site, then we finalise it together on WhatsApp: payment method, timing and delivery. You receive a written summary before paying anything. The full terms are set out in our terms of sale.

Yes, on larger orders. We agree a deposit to start and the balance on a written schedule. Every payment is recorded, and your online document shows at any time what has been paid and what is still owed. The plans are detailed in our terms of sale.

Delivery and installation options depend on your location. See our Benin page for general information, then write to us with your city so we can confirm the terms and timing that apply. Requests outside our usual areas are considered case by case.

An item held in stock is delivered within 4 working days from payment. An item that requires a supplier order takes around two and a half months, the time needed for procurement and shipping. We tell you which of the two applies before anything is validated, and we never confirm a date we cannot meet. The detail is in our terms of sale.

Yes, absolutely. We have a demonstration showroom. You can come test the stability of the frame, the silence of the motor and appreciate the finish of our teak and melina tabletops. The address and opening hours are listed on our Benin page.

Three families: Teak and Melina, two solid woods with natural grain, and HDF available in four finishes (white, light, brown, black). Every tabletop is cut, sanded and finished to the chosen dimensions.

If you opt for a complete desk (frame + Deskkup tabletop), delivery and installation are carried out by our team and included. If you order the motorized frame alone, an illustrated assembly guide is provided and assembly is easily completed in 30 minutes.

The Single Motor model safely supports up to 70 kg, ideal for one screen and your work accessories. The Dual Motor model has a lifting capacity of 120 kg, ideal for multi-monitor setups and heavy desktop computers.

The motor is guaranteed 12 months against manufacturing defects, from the date of delivery. The warranty holds as long as the model's maximum load is respected: 70 kg single-motor, 120 kg dual-motor. In case of a malfunction not related to misuse, we replace the motor unit. The exclusions are listed in our terms of sale.

Request a quote from our services, naming the article and the quantity. You get a costed proposal rather than a cart, which is the right format when the order has to be signed off internally before it is placed.

Yes. The proforma carries the costed breakdown, your company name and your tax ID, and serves as the document to get approved before anything is committed. It does not stand in for an invoice: the invoice is issued once the order is confirmed.

Yes. Quote, proforma, invoice and delivery note carry the company name, address and tax ID you give us. Provide them when you request the quote and they appear on every document for that order.

Yes. the desk configurator covers standard dimensions and materials. Beyond that, we build to order: describe your space and intended use, and we will come back to you with a proposal.

Yes. our sourcing service helps you source and import the furniture and equipment you need, even when it is not in our catalogue. Tell us what you are looking for and we will come back to you with a proposal.

Yes. You get a link in your name, any order placed through it is attributed to you, and you earn a commission once the order is confirmed. The programme is open to architects, workspace managers, resellers and our own customers. The details are on our partner programme.
