No other sharing takes place, save where the law requires it.
6. Traffic measurement and cookies
The site uses Google Analytics to measure its traffic.
No measurement cookie is set before you accept: refusal is the default state. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed at any time: .
Refusing does not stop every technical exchange with Google: aggregated, cookieless measurements are still sent, and your IP address remains visible to its servers. We would rather tell you than let you believe communication stops entirely.
Cookies strictly necessary to run the site, such as remembering your language or opening a document meant for you, need no consent and serve no tracking purpose.
7. Your rights
You may at any time request:
- access to the data we hold about you
- correction of inaccurate data
- deletion of your data
- objection to its processing
Write to help@deskkup.com. We answer within 30 days.
Deletion cannot cover records the law requires us to keep, in particular accounting documents and issued invoices.
8. Complaints
In Benin, the processing of personal data falls under the digital code and the Personal Data Protection Authority (APDP).
If an answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the APDP.
